avoid any place that serves dim sum after 4pm. (not sure why, Mrs Hell's mum say as much)

Coz it's typically a brunch meal.
It's like having a cappuccino after 12pm.

Personally i crave dim sum when drunk and hungover.

Its like have a vienna white sausage after 11am, it just wrong as the white sausage is a breakfast only sausage.

Some of the nicest has been at the hoo hing restaurants.
