I'm probably failing to read the irony here but making arbitrary rules could also be considered somehow totalitarian...
In the context of this thread I can't see how this picture could be considered equivocal and how it could anyhow be compared to taking a photo of someone asleep in an airport or wherever this happened to your neighbor...Sorry if I missed something...
I don't like the idea of people taking photos of people just cos they think they are doing something remarkable or unusual. If it's a lone female it's another level of rudeness and imposition. My neighbour just flew back from Italy on Easyjet and had nobody either side so stretched out for a kip and woke to some bloke taking a photo. Bloody rude.
