I'm just trying to absolve myself of some of the responsibility for having a peleton of mud covered fixie scumbags and roadie douchebags trying to get more than one person in a cubicle at the pub.
I'm sticking to the it's fine get out there stance but then I like cyclocross.

Remind me to tell you why they went up. Best old man fight ever.

You told me that story but I didn't think it was a cubicle issue, wan't it a bit of shoulder surfing? And probably years of simmering antipathy.

Should say, for the sake of balance, that despite all that ^, and the "no caps, no hoods" sign on the door, the Station House has always been most welcoming.
They let us take bikes inside and they sell us beer, which is pretty much everything you need from a pub.

The off-road sections in this one are intentional.
Sorry @Rod_Munch, there is an erroneous off-road section in my Otford route, think I might leave it there tho, feels sort of; traditional. If you know what I mean.

I love the off road section in Otford route. I rode it first outside of the warm embrace of tnrc and was, umm, surprised.

It gets wetter the more you turn off it though

There is still a bit of rain forcast but seems the previous warmth and dryness is keeping this a strong possibility. It'll still be a late decision but I have a back up plan in the form of a trip to Surrey (don't panic, it's not the 5 hills).
As this is an off-week special shall we start an event or keep it on an old skool list here? I think the latter gives us more flexibility.

You mean riding into the river?
