• Join thousands of women around the world to ride 100km.
Or join a handful of jackasses to ride 100 miles.

Two rides* will take off from Lee Valley Ice Center,
heading out North East featuring some very lovely Essex Lanes,
coffee stops and awesome general friendliness.
The routes are both packed of lovely lanes and beautiful scenery,
but getting out and back in London is always a bit less amazing.

The two rides will stick together till about Km 50 - where we will have a nice re-fuel stop.
We will then split, meeting again about 30km from the end OR at the PUB for celebratory beers/crisps and stretching. It will be fun, come.

Both routes are fixed-friendly but feature a few drags and a couple of bigger bumps.
I'd recommend to not take your track racing ratio.
Personally, I'll be riding my road bike with all of the gears.

Meet at 8:30, leave at 9:00 sharp.

Social paced, this ride will average around 20-22km/h (13 miles/h). No drop.

    100 miles loop
    https://www.strava.com/routes/2645554
This one will be slightly more hammered down, especially after splitting up after the first stop.
Expect about 25-27km/h (15-16miles/h). No drop either.
We will have a second stop at the Blue Egg for more serious refuel.

    Please,
Bring plenty of water/snacks to keep you going during the day.
Be self sufficient in terms of spares, puncture repair kits, pumps, tools etc.
Of course, we'll help each other out in case of problems.
Ride a bike you know and which is in good working order.
Take shit loads of photos and make good jokes.
