Tune stem and wheelset, nobby nic 2.25 (on sale for 25€ a piece came with folding slicks but want them for a tandem) not sure on the tensioner but looks solid, kcnc vb1 brake set, kcnc chain, stronglight chainring, T-Gear chainset, control tech seatpost, flite ti saddle, syntace dura lite bars, wellgo pedals, pit lock on the headset,seat,seatpost and wheels. Easton grips and rh lever ordered. I was going to use the wheelset and brakes on my Beast of the East. But it's fun to ride around town. I'll keep my eye out for a 90's frame (yeti, or a v brake 1fg) as the parts just feel a bit too much on the frame atm.
