that name does not really plagiarise lfgss
these guys have been around for ages http://www.fixedgearlondon.com/ but not sure if it is them

andy has already made it clear on line these frames have nothing to do with him

The brand name might not directly plagiarise LFgss, but the advert title explicitly does. Ebay are pretty shit hot on brand name abuse. L'Eroica recently made them take down several hundred adverts for brand name use.
If I owned LFGSS I'd be pissed off.

With 56 feedback, you would hope not. It could be anybody.

Have to agree that the title of many of the items are close enough to cause confusion, but as the logo on the page only says Fixed Gear, hopefully that's as far as the confusion will go. If they started using the phase London Fixed Gear on the frames or apparel for branding I would say then it would be worth kicking up a fuss.. Also it's a well shit page, wouldn't worry much..

That's the problem with brand confusion. If it's shit frames, and shit marketing and then if shit feedback rolls back on it all - some of that brown would certainly taint LFGSS. If it was me I'd be having a word in the vendors shell-like.
