Oh no! It's not entirely contrary to his partyboy persona I suppose. Disappointing.

Who was that other well known Italian coke-head rider who's career went downhill faster than he could climb uphill?
-
• #1157

Possibly by letting the rider ignore his limits so he pushes on harder than normal.
Read Paul Kimmage's book about riders and their 'boosting' shenanigans.

Perhaps he has eaten some Peruvian cough sweets/lit some Peruvian candles. Or been to the dentist.

Paolini you fucking numpty, I was just banging on tonight in front of the highlights about what a dude he was for winning Ghent-Wevelgem in the worst weather and now this, kicked off for blow. Will all our heros fall? What's next, G. Thomas getting suspended for bringing Billy Bong Thorton onto the Sky bus?

If it's not Dutch it's one of the Belgian languages.
Or Danish.
Definitely not running it through Google Translate though.

i havent seen the clip, but the guy is wilfried de jong, a dutch journalist so reckon its in dutch.
they had a very nice sports programme called holland sport and one of the features was "the massage table" in which athletes were wheeled into studio in a towel on a massage table.
they were mostly the ones with scars everywhere and then casually talking bout broken ligament this, dislocated bone there.
the fact that they were there in less then their underwear really made for intrigueging conversations. shame it finished after like 1,5 decade.
that journalist then went to do "summer guests", one of the most prestigious journalistic items on dutch tv spanning a couple of sunday summer nights where a range of guests show clips and talk about it. quality tv, people stay home for it. shows the quality of the journalist too. reckon your average "sports journalist" would be able to pull that off?

Friebe, who is close to Cavendish, says it'll be a choice between Etixx, MTN-Qhubeka or Trek.
If that's true then Leferve should be able to get him for some cheap laminate flooring, a mattress or two and some out of date energy products.
Much like tom boonen then ?
