Yes - they do look suspiciously like they'll be 'investment opportunities' rather than actual places you'd choose to live.
You can tell by the 400K price tag for a studio; and from lines in their prospectus like "An apartment on the great Estate will be an address to treasure,an address to be proud of"

The place where the fan park was last year is currently a massive building site. They're turning it into a load of new skyscrapers that are going to completely block my office view of the river. Very upsetting.
