I have a ashima centerlock to 6 bolt adapter (...I use for a disc brake) that has a very good fit. (better than the dt swiss version). No slack at all.
Worth checking out together with a velosolo type sprocket?

I was looking at the Shimano SM-RTAD05 as a possibility, uses screws rather than pins. Definitely need something compatible with 15mm axle, as that's by far the easiest to convert for fixed rear use.
DT do a straight pull 350 with 6-bolt, so there's not much point using CentreLock + adapter if I go the hand build route, but there are more factory wheel options in CentreLock so an adapter might be needed if I can't (or won't - could be expensive) get splined sprockets.

Saw those, although the DT website says up to 300mm for them too, so maybe they really do Comps in longer lengths too and they just haven't updated the website. Don't really want to waste money on aero spokes which are going to be hidden under Raltech covers. It's all a way off anyway, as I need to investigate the possibility of making CentreLock sprockets before worrying too much about other details.
