I don't get it. Road pedals hang nose up so road cleats can enter them nose first.

This isn't preferable/required with SPDs, is it? You want them horizontal to clip into.

Oh Ed, you're so refined. I just stamp on my PD-M959 and I'm magically clipped in. Maybe I'm doing it wrong and they will wear out faster, I've only had them 10 years so it's too early to comment on their durability.

Anyone have an idea of decals I can use with this frame.

keep it as it is. its a mystery frame, so dont put anything on of which youre not sure.

otherwise, but i strongly dissuade you from that, your own name would be kinda acceptable. but weird nonetheless

Almost finished. Front brake to sort and bars to wrap. Still can't decide on what colour and type of tape to go for..?

I'd probably go old-school vinyl in either orange or yellow.

Apart from white (which only lasts all of one long ride) I was thinking orange. Maybe this if I can find some at a decent price... Not holding onto the bike so don't wanna spend a fortune on tape.
