On the front - YES - go 22mm.
On the back - probably not. -
How deep are the rims? I wouldn't worry about tyre aeros too much if it's on a road bike.

It depends.
Generally for aero you want the fitted tyre width to be less than the rim width. For comfort, handling, rolling resistance, tyre choice this might not be best.

If I put some 25c tyres on my standard jet clinchers (23mm wide) instead 0f my 23c's, will the aero gods cast an eternal parachute on them?
