Not surprised American Classic re-badged a HED, rather than use their fixie-beik effort.

I don't think it is a Hed, looks more like a rebadged FFWD
-
• #1404
How do FFWD compare to HED in the aero-stakes?
-
• #1405
Might be alright but I doubt it's faster. Hed3/Specialized has been around for 20 odd years for a reason. Even Hed couldn't really improve it with the GT3

Nice! Shes a large one! What cranks are those?
Credit colours ftw!

Thanks - it's a 59 or 60 cm steat tube, not too huge.... I am 6ft 1
The cranks are Truvativ Rouleur with carbon arms... I've had them hanging around for years, I don't think they are anything special. the rest of the groupset is 105 10-speed.

Did any LOOKs come with mudguard eyelets? I suppose not, but I'm so impressed by my KG221, I'd like something similar for my winter trainer. Kinesis TK2 is too harsh I am finding.

Anyone knows if it's possible to use standard stems on 695 forks?
According to this article, yes, but I don't know which kind of wizardry is needed to hold the top cap?
Not really necessary as the headset doesn't need pressure from a top cap, but ideal to stop water and dirt from falling in the forks...
Lets see if they bring it down on a helicopter or not.
