Yes it is, though with the current stack of spacers, I could probably slam and use a -6. Working on slamming right down.
Back flexibility is absolutely fine, neck flexibility not so much, and far more difficult to improve! -

I'd fit a 10deg or similar. Fizik looks good. 17s look odd with slightly sloping top tubes.

Not a lot of good stems at 10 or 12 degrees I think, I have a Pro PLT stem which is 10 degrees, which I had on the bike previously, wasn't quite parallel to the top tube.

Yeah choice isn't great. Seven degree fizik looks a'lreet on my C10. I don't think you can get a match to the slope of the TT, but visually I think it works better than having the TT slope up and the stem sloping flat / down.

I've put the pro PLT stem on after a liberal scrubbing of acetone, and it doesn't look to bad.
Bit of steerer above, but will leave that until after a bike fit.

Ordered some elite cannibal cages in stealth black, having some bottle entry and exit problems due to compact frame.
And duraace 9000 brakes for no good reason at all.

So elite cannibals bottle cages, they appear to be made out of superglue.
So grippy that I can barely get the bottles out. I'm assuming it will loosen up a bit in time...

They're about as good as brakes get, why not!
Looking for some slightly older generation DA brakes to tart mine up a bit, 105 5700 calipers are alright, but DA is lighter action and much less flex

They are the best you can get, especially with Swissstop blue pads.
WIll be getting those at some point on my bike, even with the low tier groupset (Veloce).

It's not going to work in a way that shimano would consider most efficient Ed .. When they moved the cables to be internally routed they upped the cable pull to the shifters and brakes to overcome the friction in the design. To offset that they increased the mechanical advantage in the brake. So you'll end up with a lever that goes to the bars and then the brake snatches on with nothing in between .. I would suggest ..

Any tips on reducing carbon wheel rim screeching?
I have swissstop yellow flash pros and the unpleasant noise continues.
General braking and slowing down is very quiet, but when I slow down sharply (downhill junctions etc) it screeches a lot. -

I have alloy superstar Pave 28s for winter and wet days, but enjoying the carbon, bar the noise.
Got some cheap lezyne Side Load bottle cages, which work perfectly, though they are fat at 47g each (compared to my 15g carbon ones)
