Looking for a track frameset sub 2000 or a cheap NJS frame to build my new hhsb with. My price range is up to 230 and I am located in Cambridge.

Build plan: I plan to build a hhsb or a track bike for the road. I do not plan to paint the frame so I would like something with reasonably intact paint. Anything in regards to frameset would be apprichiated weather a link to another website or a frameset you have yourself.

I am on the lookout for any of the following:

Bars: curved drops or flip chop Nitto b123 depending on frame size (anything similar)
Stem: an 8cm or less stem which will fit bars I decide
Seat post: don't mind too much as long as chrome and doesn't have a modern logo which stands out
Seat: don't really mind as long as it isn't too modern

That's all it got for my plan
