That's very nice, and the fork looks like it has a road rake, so it will be easy to find another one cheapz (or Crabon if you must) if owner can't find it. Alternatively a Dia Compe clamp-on front works too.
I would advice against tubulars in wet weather/other p_nctr happy conditions, unless you don't mind using foam to fill holes. I've cycled them and on glass filled roads you will get flats...at the worst time, of course, as you do :)
