Having massive problems with our lease extension (part of the sale terms). They want the ground rent to increase every twenty years, starting at £250 and finishing at £4k after five review periods. It seems excessive.
Fucking estate agent rang the missus yesterday and was trying to get her to agree to the terms there and then, obviously she told them where to get off and that its none of their business. We hadn't even heard from the solicitors when foxtons called.
Getting ready to walk away from this one.
