If you google long arm grabbers, there are loads with various prices. I don't actually have 1, I just use a tong we bought from the pound shop at the last BBQ... Obvious haven't used it for food since it made contact with a mouse... Chopsticks are also amazingly useful.

Needs to be as long as poss. It might be too difficult for her to get that close!

The only way the overcome your fear is to face it. 1st time I found 1, I called a friend and he came all the way from Millbank to pick up and dispose of a mouse for me. 2nd time, I knocked on my neighbours door... Now, I am like... Meh... I just wanna get back to doing whatever I was doing...
