The way the top of the seat-stays wrap around the top of the seat-tube is very typical of Gazelles:

However, I've only ever seen these made from Reynolds.
The rear brake bridge is the typical butterfly one used on Gazelles. So yeah, it is a Gazelle frame, definitely not Columbus Aelle (which is good)
