DIY, lots of info in this thread. I did a couple a few years back. Piece of piss with the right materials, tools and time.

Has anybody ever had a saddle recovered? (I'd say a shoeshop can do it)
And if so, what leather did you use? It may be more economical for me to recover my red SMP pro rather than get a whole new one :)
