I met a few bears.
One Grizzly by a road, 2 black bears on trails. None too close thankfully.
I also encountered a Mountain Lion at night, that thing was huge, and fortunately, wasn't interested in me. I pedalled hard to get away from that one.
I also saw millions of chipmunks, gophers, ground squirrels. And with 5 miles to go, I had a buffalo running alongside me. Scary in dark!
