I am extremely grateful that:
I avoided getting very wet.
I got a lift to Ipswich.
I didn't set off to ride from Colchester to Ipswich, and therefore got a coach (only because my impromptu companion's Garmin wouldn't cooperate).
I'm now looking forward to an imminent shower and a change of clothes.
Anyone still making their way back?! (I was originally booked on the 11.50)
