There are no stockists here AFAIK, from Europe you'd have to order from acycles (which I can recommend).

Shop in Brighton. Velo vitality.

If you can be faffed with waiting for the guys at Grand Bois to make a shipping quote, you can order direct from here:
http://www.cyclesgrandbois.com/SHOP/279817/287335/list.htmlTheir extra light "エキストラレジェ" models are currently on sale, too. (3780 yen each)
I'm bringing a couple of pairs over for my friends when I head back to England for Christmas.

Any hands on experiences with these? Thinking about giving them a go...

I've just pulled the trigger on some compass stampede pass 700x32c for the Mercian for DD...hopefully they'll be here on time as my old michelin world tours are fucked and lumpy.
They also want to make me fly like the wind, considering their not inconsiderable cost..... -

Very nice... Pls share some knowledge about these when you have had your first ride...

Initial impressions feel very lovely indeed! Granted, I'm coming off 10 year old Michelin world tours, but they feel positively sprightly, even with sludge tubes.....I'll give a full account after DD later :0)

Quick review, as I'm knackered from DD and 180mile round trip....I've never ridden this far before, so they had a bloody good test!
Dusty singletrack, sandy cinder stuff, Tarmac, loose gravel and all the above during some fucking torrential downpours on the way home!
I don't have much of a benchmark to compare them against, but are they worth £40 a pop? Absofuckinglutely!
I've never had such Gucci tyres as these.....

Hopefully you're fully recovered from DD now, any chance of imparting more opinions of the tyres?
I'm looking for replacements for my paselas, and these caught my eye, but not the wifes when she saw the price, so I need to be certain before I order.
It's either these, paselas again, or Clement xplor (as a go anywhere tyre).
Cheers.

The 180 miles was a pleasure on these! I have since used them on the flitch way (disused railway line) and the towpath along the rivers stort and lee, as well as some local trails! The tyres are fantastic and smooth the ride...even more so, now that I dropped the pressure from 70psi to 50....I think that is the sweet spot for me.
I feel your wife's pain though! I've never spent that much on a pair of tyres before, but now they've had about 250 or miles in lots of rough conditions, I think I can say that I'm glad I dropped the dosh on them......I'll go for the 42c next time! -

Cheers. Sounds like they may be worth the dosh. Will get the last bit of life out of the paselas over the rest of the summer, and see what availability is like early autumn.
