In that case, go for 25mm GP4000s if you want to go fast.

I want to test. But I think open pave is as fast once the tread on the centre has worn down.

Thanks Ed, but if GP4000s are as fast then why do Conti bother making the GP Supersonic?
@skinny, I'd like to see some results too.

I just have in mind riding fast because it feels good and not minding getting punctures because it's not for races or TTs, or having a short tread life because I am frivolous.
In this case isn't any 'puncture protection' layer just unnecessarily adding rolling resistance and weight?

Not tubs, so I can patch and continue if necessary.
