What? How long ago was it you bought your home? That does seem really good. If you don't mind me asking, what was your deposit? Like % wise...? My initial research suggest 25%+ allows a good deal...

£14,000 deposit so 15% of price.

You may guess that I don't live in London's famously fucking expensive, London.
