I really don't understand wtf is going on. I changed the cog, but that's it.
Just come off the rollers - doing 105rpm on 96" (172.5) today compared to 84" (165) on Monday ... and producing 150-170w less.
I know my body well enough to know when I'm hitting certain wattages and cadences now.. especially an effort like 60s flat out. Apparently I was doing 240w for 60s at 135.. which is bollocks because I was spinning out - which means ~200rpm on the rollers with 172.5 cranks.
I think I might just return the powertap and fuck off the whole training with power thing at the track.
