Chocolate milk may very well be as effective as whey powder but it's also more expensive.
Mind you it at least tastes like chocolate milk, and not what-the-fuck-is-that-flavour-because-it's-certainly-not-strawberry.

Almost all supermarkets heavily discount milk sold in 4 pt (or 2 litre) containers.

I think it's one of the common items in a price comparison basket and so when one discounted it they all followed.

In Saino's it's 89p for a 1 litre and £1 for 2 litres.

I have a juicer and use it maybe a couple of times a week and i do like my greens but the idea of drinking them makes me feel a bit queasy... but yes thanks i'll give it a go.
