how long in advance of events are start sheets usually sent out... I cant see in the CTT rules, but there are lots of them!!!

Normally the Sunday/Monday before, sometimes a bit later.

As a matter of regulation, start sheets should go out by first class post not less than 5 days before the event. IE emails should go out at the same time.
