Click r have low tension, supposed to be aimed at people who are scared of not being able to clip out.
Never had an unwanted unclip with mine, and I'm not afraid to pull up hard on them. It was something I was worried about when I first got them but it's proven to be an unnecessary worry.
Bonus is the Click'r pedals having built in pedal reflectors, so no questioning that aspect of legality when riding at night.

M454 and M545 are both shimano spd pedals with cages (plastic and metal, respectively), have used them both (as well as the click'r), they are good if your shoes aren't thin, where you can feel the spd parts protrude up above the cage.
(Apparently there's also m647, not tried those...)
