I bought a cheap Aero that had been stripped (god knows why the guy who did it didn't just buy the hard version anyway) and repadded and covered it myself. Think it cost me £10 for the saddle, £5 for leather offcuts, £something for some padding and glue and £2 or £3 for some Kashimax Aero 'gold leaf' decals to complete the look. Not bad if you have patience and a bit of crafty skills.
