When Andrea Furci charged me £320 odd quid to do a slightly larger than palm sized piece on my shoulder, I didn't tip.
When Max Kuhn charged me £450 quid to do a pretty chunky backpiece, I gave him £500. A) Because I withdrew £500, but B) he was a real nice guy and I was getting a good deal even at £500, so I didn't see the harm in giving him extra. But yeah, generally if it's a smaller piece - I won't tip. If they're good, they'll get my repeat custom instead.
On tipping, depends innit.
