Stupid question time.
If someone who frequently does short 23s for 10 miles on SC courses, should they be able to break the hour on a similar course over 25 miles?
Just can't get anywhere near it at the mo, times this season have been between a long 1hr 0 to a short 1hr 3.
Maybe you need to do more longer effort sessions.
You might be a lot better at going hard for 20min but not able to keep that going out to an hour.
Pacing? If you just go off RPE you could start at 300w and finish at 200 and still feel the same.
