I'm running a Wald basket on Nitto M18 with zip ties, works fine. Would need to DIY a light bracket though.
BLB do a similar looking basket+mini rack combo for about £65, no idea if there's a light bracket, should be easy to make something though...
Plenty of other mini racks available and with varying amounts of DIY or ovencleaner to make them fit the silver/light requirements. Unsure which supermarket has shiniest silver baskets these days...

On another note, I thought here would be the best place to ask about a small front rack. I want to put a basket on my better half's bike. It's an old Galaxy with front rack bosses.
Before I've used one of those little stabiliser brackets that hangs down from the headset. This time I was thinking a small front rack might be more stable and neater.
So does anyone have any suggestions / recommendations? It needs to be silver and a boss for a light bracket further down the line would be good. I'd rather not pay Nitto / VO money. Moon on a stick? Or is there something out there?
