How long you planning to ride for? Hour of Power? #GoodTimes

Erm... this is rather awkward but I'll probably have a friend staying so won't be able to make this :/

Coming to this would be better than sitting on my turbo, but then I'm doing a crit the night before and it's slightly too early for me to go straight to work after. I can't decide.

you been speaking to @amey lately? ;)
I'll be there, as this will be the only riding I will be doing for the next two weeks due to revision studies, plus I like getting out of bed to actually enjoy the cold air before it get polluted before the afternoon will be nice.
See you there @eyebrows, and as always just be gentle on me
@branwen for tradition sake you wanna play?

Ha, thanks. Going to keep my legs fresh for Dunwich, and then back on my own on Monday morning, but if it becomes a weekly thing then yeah.

Hmmmm, tempting. I'm trying to stick to a fairly strict training plan right now which still has a few weeks to run, but will see how I can work this in.

275w reasonably steady state for the hour if last time out is anything to go by. but based on today's afternoon ride, 190...
Also, I'll be on a slightly older orange bike...

I accepted, then saw it starts at 0630hrs. Meh. Might bring the TT bike in and do after work shitty traffic fuelled laps instead.
And make some noise about wattage and power crankzzzz and power tapzzzz and other light bulb related units of output measurement.

I'm actually looking forward to this, especially with how much studying I need to do for my exam on Friday, plus as tomorrow will probably be the hottest day of the year it will be good to get a quick spin before the air becomes too uncomfortable...

Classic no show forum rep.
Anyways I will be riding around regents at my own pace for an hour if anyone is running late/can be bothered.

You're a day early.
Weekday morning training rides around Regent's Park. Typically a 6:30am start to avoid the traffic. Hour of Power/Chaingang style ride, pace varies week on week depending on who turns up but is generally "fast".
Although this is a sociable ride, it's not a social ride, so please be confident riding safely in a group at a fast pace. Try to be self sufficient: bring a tube, levers a pump and tools and know how to use them. Water is a good idea, you shouldn't need food but always worth having a gel in your back pocket. ]
There's no set day to ride but everyone is welcome to attend or initiate a ride, just post in this thread. Hopefully see you there!
