It used to be spray Pam or other lube stuff to make it easier to get the wet suit off.

Is it possible to put a race number in a NoPinz Speed Pocket once you've got the skin suit on? Many of the races I do don't have changing facilities, so I'm going to need to be able to insert the number while wearing the suit.

Put the shorts bit on, put the number in, put the top bit on. Having an assistant is useful.

My Bamchino helmet arrived. Its pretty decent. Comfy and makes me look like bad guy from a cheap 60s scifi. So fast i guess.
