Nutritional equivalent of 'aero doesn't matter that much in time trialling'
How so?
Perhaps not very well phrased but my point is that, assuming you're not on a contract, very few cyclists need supplements and can get all the nutrition they need from their diet.
You can go fast in time trialling by having fucking loads of power and just blasting it, or you can be smart, get aero and go faster.
You might be able to get everything you need from your diet, but supplements are much easier and less faff.
