Have spent the last week or so turning my previously unridden and unloved dawes galaxy into a light tourer...

Still a bit of a way to go (Pelago front rack and Swift Ozette bag are planned to finish it off as well as mud guards for winter).

What gear levers are you using? Front DT shifter and a Paul bar mounted DT shifter for the rear?

Just a paul thumbie for the rear - running it 1x9 at the moment which I am finding nicely functional with a 34t narrow wide and 11-34t cassette.

Not sure if these are of any interest to you guys in FBNPNA, but I just backed them on Kickstarter, for the more casual of functional rides.

However, the Fly Pedals work with my TIME pedals, and they can run Restaps or traditional clips/cages.

TBH, it would be worthwhile if they made it as a dual sided flat rather than just single sided, like the Speedplay pedals;
