Whey+milk...
... seems excessive: babies get all they need from milk alone and studies demonstrate that choccy milkshake is on a par with commercial recovery drinks.
Protein supplements are for bodybuilders, not cyclists.
I can get a three tins of pilchards, or two of tuna, from my pound shop: no need for fish oil supplements either.
Whey+milk post ride is meant to be very good. Carbs and protein in one delicious* drink
*actualy deliciousoucity may depend on chosen brand of whey
Also fish oil. Fish oil is meant to be one of the few genuine supplements that help recovery.
