Not a bad idea.
On a longer TT you could fake a puncture and have the 'guilty' Wheel switched out, or in. Whichever was best to avoid detection.
The best way to cheat without any danger of detection is to ride TTs in the UK under CTT regulations :-)
You'll be detected after the fact by the super sleuth 'Kimroy'...
