    that's why I have my bottle in that position anyway, it is possible to get too on the move though, but I do have to come out of an aero position, but then I don't really have it there for most races as I don't need two bottles , and shove a tool bottle in there instead...

  • No, it's aero. The closer you can get the bottle to your arse the better and the more angled, even horizontal the better. There's stuff out there on the tests but I don't have time to find.

    Good point, but it also seems to be the logical position if you are looking at airflow off the back.

    Although Cervelo tested the bottles mounted vertically and reduced drag.
