A bottle behind the saddle is aero neutral really.
That Selle Italia saddle is silly. No way that back end has an effect, and the shape seems all wrong for extension riding. They are on clearance everywhere. Probs for this reason.
The Sitero seems well thought out. Mental angle on the bottle though.
I have a Fizik Tritone on order. I was thinking of using the bottle holder attachment to hold the shit my tri-leotard wont. So a Wind jacket stuffed in one bottle With a multitool, and water in the other. With a pump Mount on each. One holding micro pump, and one a latex canister. Hopefully between the bottles.
