• Weekday morning training rides around Regent's Park. Typically a 6:30am start to avoid the traffic. Hour of Power/Chaingang style ride, pace varies week on week depending on who turns up but is generally "fast".

    Although this is a sociable ride, it's not a social ride, so please be confident riding safely in a group at a fast pace. Try to be self sufficient: bring a tube, levers a pump and tools and know how to use them. Water is a good idea, you shouldn't need food but always worth having a gel in your back pocket. ]

    There's no set day to ride but everyone is welcome to attend or initiate a ride, just post in this thread. Hopefully see you there!
