get a dolan fixie frame, it's drilled for a back brake, the pre cursa is not.

- Need drill.
2.http://www.pedalroom.com/p/dolan-pre-cursa-16279_2.jpg for me it looks like there is no overlap.

If you want a drilled precursa just get an FXE. No decals, bottle bosses and drilled both ends. Exactly the same frame otherwise

Wasn't there a big thing in the Dolan thread of them not being the same frame?

FXE has longer back end I believe.

I thought they looked a bit different... is it too weird to get a pre-cursa and add a rear brake?

FXE = Slightly longer stays. Frankly though, it's not something you'll notice.
More importantly, let's be honest here, they're both fucking ugly. I love mine, still the bike that makes me happiest, but there's no point trying to mask their ugliness.Unless you get a green one.

You think they're ugly? :(

I currently have two. Which I fucking dig, but yes. They're ugly.

I drilled the seatstay brace for a brake but it wasn't perfect, need a fairly long drop brake to work.

Some tektro brake, can't remember the model. And yeah, just cable ties.
Hey guys,
Thinking about getting a Dolan Pre Cursa, but I have a couple of questions.
1: Can anyone tell me if it's possible to add a rear brake? Do i need to get the frame drilled or add a clamp?
2: How bad is the toe overlap on a 52cm frame? Has anyone had any experience with this?
Thanks a lot
