Tldr: what trail shoe should I get to run around in the Lake District? (In/on?)
Bit more info: so far in the last 12 years of running I've had 2 running specific shoes, about ten years ago a pair of Nike Pegasus that I'm still using! And some aisics that I got about a year and a half ago and are falling appart already.
I'm 17 stone, don't run that fast... Will be carrying a backpack, so I'm not sure how important lightweightness is...
I don't know if I pro/prenate, but my gait changes masively depending on how tired I'm feeling.
Shoe question.
