Really can't fault Makita, I would recommend getting the newer Li-lon battery's. If it's not for trade then the 1.3amp slim pack battery's are fine.

Also a 13mm chuck is a very wise choice

Yeah I would take this over the first link you posted. The battery life is just a lot better.
