    For example, using jobs.. I mean guard. The language you are using in all of your descriptions all sound a bit "Points of View". Perhaps you should present your evidence in the style of Barry Took.

    It's not how different people view cyclists and bikes. It's how corporations, for they're the ones who have decided when your bike (so precious) can come in and when it can't come in. It's actually people who are employed by these corps who bend/ignore the rules/turn a blind eye.
    Perhaps, your theory, and evidence collecting would be better focused on the interactions you're having. Who are you interacting with? How much are they paid? What is their job satisfaction?

    Rather than the cultural phenomenon of whether you can bring your fucking bike into a supermarket or not.

    This is true I have a viewpoint and it's valid that you ask this. I construe a bike as a vehicle capable of speed and my riding skills good enough to mix it with lorries.

    I am collecting these stories that illustrate other viewpoints equally as relevant
