ooh that nice. Fork crown chrome looks good too. If it were mine I reckon I'd take those decals off, polish it within an inch of it's life, touch up the worst of the chips and put the period decals on it. It's have a nice 'period' patina then.
What's that brazed on to the seat stay? Is it a chain hanger of some sort
