Next question: padder merino boxers, vulpine or rapha (they are the same price)?

These are always rubbish, and after 8 hours of a summer sportif will be like wearing a wet nappy.

The regular Rapha merino boxers are lovely, for between bike rides.

lmao, is that not true of any underwear?! I assumed (or foolishly hoped) the merino would help wick the sweat away and the padding would be like sitting on a cloud. Sounds like it's a resounding no though so I'll save my 45 quid!

yep, agree with the others on the padded boxers, save your money and get some of their bibs. 45 quid off their PT or Classics would seem like a bargain after buying the padded boxers.

The standard boxers are a delight off bike, but the padded feel like they belong in a trans-incontinence range.
