Dulwich runners 5k last night. @PhilPub from here nearly won. I think he was beaten by a RDC member. Excellent support as always from the RDC, I was pretty cynical about them and their links with Nike but the more i see of them the more i like.
This shorter stuff is harder on the legs than the long stuff.
