Turns out Dura Ace chainring bolts do not play well with Sram Omniums. I've been using that setup for a while without issue, but I guess (in hindsight) that because the spider of the Omniums is so much thicker than the DA ones, they might not engage enough threads to be secure unless you constantly tighten them.
In any case, my drivetrain disintegrated in a points race, I got up to give it some watts and the drivetrain exploded. Top lolz. Be careful mixing stuff up kids.
The annoying thing is that I had been intending to swap my 49t for a 48t all evening, but didn't have time because I was busy mucking about with punctured tubs and borrowed wheels. I would have spotted the bolts coming loose if it wasn't for those pesky tubs.
