Is that @6pt's Serotta? or Identi-clone? Gutters look like 'Merican... Whatever, looks great. New bits, old frames = happy times.

As a colorblind person, I find that to be the most terrible color combination. Can't even see half of the bike.

Looks great in gray scale though.

I really don't understand why the market does not provide whole black aluminum clincher rims ideally with 25 to 35mm profile?
Seems that the keeping the braking surface black is a problem or ceramic coating is too expensive/difficult/not durable enough

Aluminum isn't black. No coating will ever hold up.

Odyssey did a special hard anodize that held up amazingly well, called Duralectra. The main problem was price, and if you got any dirt or grit on your pad it eventually wore through anyway.

It's spoiled by the missing rubber cap on the stem.
